The Renovation of the Historic Pan American Filling Station is comprised of three phases:

Phase 1 - 2020 - National Trust for Historic Preservation Grant for $4,409 to hire an historic architect to perform a structural analysis of the building and produce a blueprint to guide future renovation efforts

Phase 2 - 2021 - Paul Bruhn Historic Renovation Subgrant for $55,000 to remove the decomposing elements and stabilize the building and prepare it for reconstruction.

Phase 3 - 2023 / 2025 United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development Grant for $215,027 for reconstruction of the building to its original structure.
